Free shipping is available when you order 2 or more products. For orders containing only 1 product, standard shipping costs may apply.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Unopened and unused cosmetic products can be returned as long as the hygiene seal remains intact.

For hygiene-sealed cosmetic products, the right to return expires once the seal has been broken and the product has been opened, tested, or used.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. In that case, VIZALONE will cover the necessary return costs.
